NHS COVID-19 app: emails and SMS messages

If you live in England, you may have received a text or email asking you to download the NHS Test and Trace COVID-19 App. This message has not come from Patient Access and Patient Access has not provided any data to the governement. The details have been taken from the NHS records of patients over the age of 16 who are registered with a GP in England, and have provided and email address or phone number to the NHS.
