I'm getting an ERROR: 7001 message
I'm trying to register after a password reset
You may see an ERROR: 7001 message when trying to register if you have previously registered for the service and have forgotten your password. This happens when your practice have not fully reset your account.
If you are registering for Patient Access from a letter your practice gave you:
- Contact your practice and ask them to use the Reset account linkage key option on your Patient Access account.
- This will generate a new registration letter which you will need to collect.
- You will then need to re-register for Patient Access using the details in the registration letter.
